NOx-tax after January 1st 2007

On November 28th 2006, Stortinget (the Norwegian Parliament) adopted to introduce a tax on NOx emission, effective from January 1st 2007.
As of 06.04.2010 the following entities are approved by the Norwegian Maritime Directorate as competent body as regards § 3-19-10 (1) in Circular No. 14/2007 S of 12 January 2007, published by the Norwegian Directorate of Customs and Excise.
